What happens when I click “Buy now”?
Paddle's payment window opens first. You will see the amount again there and enter your payment details.
When am I charged, and how do I cancel?
You are charged once the payment goes through, then at the interval you chose. You can cancel any time using the cancellation form on this website or by email to hello@zack-ki.com.
What happens when my credits run out?
Your one-time credits are used first. Once those are empty too, Zack KI pauses until the next weekly reset. If you need more, you can buy a credit pack.
What if the app does not run on my machine?
Zack KI runs on Windows 10 and 11. If something does not work, write to hello@zack-ki.com. On the Zack Free plan you can check beforehand, at no cost, whether the app starts on your machine.
Why do I have to tick the withdrawal checkbox?
So that Zack KI starts right away instead of after the 14-day withdrawal period. Your right of withdrawal remains: if you withdraw within the period, you only pay a pro-rata amount for the service provided until then. It only expires once the service has been fully performed.
