These instructions apply to the shared subscriptions and credit packs usable in Zack KI and Zack Typing. They apply to consumers: natural persons entering into a transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or independent profession.

Part A — Paid subscription (Zack Basic or Zack Pro, monthly or annually)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You may use the permanently accessible withdrawal function on the Zack KI website, email hello@zack-ki.com, or use the model withdrawal form below. Using the form is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you submit your declaration through our website, we will acknowledge receipt without delay on a durable medium, normally by email.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we receive your declaration of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, technically processes the refund.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services under the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a service contract, the right expires once we have fully performed the service, provided performance began only after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance by us.
Part B — 12-month credit pack (one-time purchase of digital content)
Right of withdrawal

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
We will also acknowledge receipt of a declaration submitted through our website without delay on a durable medium in this case.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we receive your declaration. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction and charge no reimbursement fee. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, technically processes the refund.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right expires when we begin performance after you have:
- expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires; and
- acknowledged that this consent causes you to lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins;
and we have supplied confirmation of the contract under section 312f BGB.
Both declarations are presented for your express confirmation during checkout. Without these confirmations, your right of withdrawal remains in place.
