What happens when I click “Buy now”?
Paddle's payment window opens first. You will see the amount again there and enter your payment details.
Is this a subscription?
No. The pack is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and does not need to be cancelled.
How long can I use the credits?
12 months from the purchase. After that the pack ends.
What if the app does not run on my machine?
Zack KI runs on Windows 10 and 11. If something does not work, write to hello@zack-ki.com. On the Zack Free plan you can check beforehand, at no cost, whether the app starts on your machine.
Why do I have to tick the withdrawal checkbox?
So that your credits are available right after payment instead of after the 14-day withdrawal period. By ticking the box you agree to this immediate start; as a result, your right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance begins, i.e. when the credits are added to your account.
